Police arrest man nicknamed 'Butter' who dressed as a woman in bank robbery

WEST PALM BEACH (CBS12) — A man nicknamed "Butter," who is accused of dressing like a woman to rob a bank in New Orleans, is behind bars in northeast Florida.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrested Dwayne Winans at the Greyhound bus station in downtown Jacksonville Tuesday night.
He had been wanted by the FBI and the New Orleans Police Department for a bank robbery and armed carjacking.
Investigators said he used a long wig and bright lipstick to disguise himself as a woman during the holdup. He was considered armed and dangerous.
